“Been here several times, and every single time there’s an issue with the appointment. I always book in advance and specifically mentioned that I’m on a tight schedule, yet I’m still made to wait 10–20 minutes or more. What’s the point of having an appointment system if you can’t manage the timing properly? Completely disrespectful of customers’ time and honestly a huge waste of time. Extremely frustrating.”

“Absolutely recommend. We both had the best massages yesterday. As others have commented on earlier, there are only curtains between each client, but these were always fully closed when I needed privacy such as dressing, and ladies are in a totally separate area to reception or where the blokes are. We had no concerns or issues that there aren’t individual rooms. All the staff were lovely. The atmosphere is wonderful. I had Maya who gave a firm but perfect massage and I felt great afterwards.”
