“I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent treatment provided by a beautician named Anna, who performed a bojin gusha procedure. Having seen a promotional offer, I booked a trial session; however, the experience was highly disappointing. Throughout the appointment, Anna displayed a hostile and uncooperative attitude, seemingly due to the trial nature of the visit. Her lack of diligence was evident from start to finish. When I enquired whether her demeanour would improve during a full-price service, she responded with a smirk. Furthermore, she coughed repeatedly during the facial. If she was unwell, it would have been more appropriate for management to grant her leave rather than allowing her to conduct treatments while unwell and in poor spirits.”
