“I had a terrible massage tonight. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the massage I received. I usually go to Imperial Apple Spa twice or three times a month to relax. But tonight, instead of feeling relaxed, the opposite happened. I told the masseuse, Annie, to focus on my legs because they are always tired, sore, and prone to cramps. However, she only did about three light strokes on my right leg, then covered it with a blanket and moved on to my left leg. She did the same thing—she only lightly rubbed my leg for a few seconds before covering it with the blanket. I told her again to massage my legs because they were already painful and sore. I was shocked when she started using her elbow and pressed extremely hard, to the point that the pain in my legs became worse. Throughout the massage, she kept stopping repeatedly. She would stop for about a minute, lightly rub my body for a while, stop again, and then use her elbow to press down hard. I paid for a full-body massage, but she did not massage my head at all. I also paid for a 90-minute massage, but the massage only lasted 75 minutes, from 8:10 PM to 9:25 PM. I hope this incident does not happen to other customers because we deserve to be treated properly, especially since we are paying S$XXX for the service.”
