“Facial masseurs are gentle and professional. Body masseurs are rough and very unprofessional. When I had couple massaged with my husband, the 2 masseurs kept gossiping to each other. It was such an unpleasant experience. Counter staff were not helpful when I wanted to book the following appointment. They kept saying no slot with no recommendations. I learned about them moving outlet from one of the masseurs, not the counter staff either.”

“Initially when I did a trial massage from Fave Deal, the booking for a massage slot was very easy and I was given a Saturday late afternoon appointment. After I sign up for a package it is extremely difficult to get a massage slot. All evening and weekends slots are fully booked and the earliest is like 3 months later??? Only left with weekdays mid afternoon timing which is I cannot go as I need to work. I feel that they deliberately make the booking difficult after you paid in advance. They will give the better time slots to new customers to lure them to sign package. Poor post sales service!! Not advisable to sign package with this company.”
