“A wonderful first hotel spa experience with impeccable service! As a regular at Dior (MBS) and Clarins (ION), trying out The St. Regis Spa was a completely different and luxurious experience. They even provide 60-minute complimentary access to the jacuzzi and sauna before the facial—such a great perk! 👙Do note that guests are required to bring their own swimwear, and the facilities are gender-segregated. (For context, visitors only wanting to use these facilities are charged $90++ for 2 hours, so getting it included with a facial is amazing value). One minor detail: they don't provide a chest wrap-around robe, unlike Dior or Clarins. 🍪However, the post-treatment chamomile tea, cookies, and tart were absolutely delicious. What truly shines here is the service. From the spa staff to the lobby team, everyone is incredibly warm. The spa is at Level 2. When I came down to the lobby, I got lost trying to find the street level near the conference rooms, and a lovely lady gave me directions and even waved goodbye to me as I left. The top-notch hospitality makes all the difference! Special thanks to Ada (hoping I spelled it right!) and Li Ping for making my first hotel spa visit in Singapore so memorable. 👍👍👍”

“Very unprofessional 🙏The issue: my lovely therapist did not perform the Deep Tissue Massage technique I booked. If you get a Thai Massage or Swedish, you are booking a specific technique. My therapist could do very strong pressure -- but none of the DTM technique.”
