“I have made a call to make enquiries regarding your salt spa services. However, the customer service being rendered was bad. Firstly, it was a Thai staff member who picked up and assumed I wanted to have a facial done. I have informed her to pass the phone to someone else who is able to communicate in english. A Malaysian Chinese staff member took over the call and asked if I could communicate in mandarin. I would like to ask if your coy is customer centric? I have informed her repeatedly that I dont like to communicate in mandarin. I have asked her 2 basic questions and she jumped to the conclusion that I am going to ask questions which are salt related. The 2 questions simply are how much is the salt spa and how long is the duration?”
