“Got my facial done today and had a good experience. Highly recommend Nadia! She recognised the stress knots in my shoulder blades without me highlighting :) Pleasant atmosphere (clean and fresh) and music too.”

“A truly wonderful and relaxing spa, with very professional and skilled therapists. Your first point of contact will always be with Sophia who manages the spa, she is bubbly, friendly, and runs the place very well. She ensures everything goes smoothly, and will always try to see how she can slot someone in or find a suitable therapist for them. On top of that, parking is easy and always available, and the location is fantastic. All in all, a very pleasant and seamless experience from start to end. I highly recommend this spa!”

“I visited for a 45-minute head, shoulder and back massage. The session started well, the masseuse was friendly and used the right amount of pressure. However, partway through, she put on rubber gloves for the oil massage portion without informing me or asking if I was comfortable with it. I initially assumed this was company protocol, but when I shared my feedback with the receptionist afterwards, I learned it was the masseuse's personal choice, not the spa's policy. While she was technically competent, the gloves made the experience quite unpleasant, the sound and texture of rubber against skin is not what you expect from a relaxing oil massage. Instead of unwinding, I spent much of the session debating whether to stop the massage altogether. In the final five minutes, I was also told there wasn't enough time left for the head massage that was part of the service I booked. Which was fine, as I wasn't in the mood for it and that's when I finally asked about the gloves, she removed them politely and said I should have mentioned it earlier, which is fair, though I'd suggest that informing guests beforehand would be the better approach. Credit where it's due, the receptionist handled my feedback kindly and professionally, and offered a slight discount on the session. The spa itself is nicely designed and has a relaxing atmosphere. Reading all the good reviews on google, I'm sure it's a good spa however my experience with this particular masseuse fell short and it's a pity. A simple heads-up about wearing gloves or asking the guest's preference would have made all the difference.”
