“采耳 EAR CLEANING - DO NOT VISIT. Regular patron of Ivy. She was super good and professional. Found out she left due to personal reasons. Back to finish up my package and the staff who took over (DUO ER 朵儿) is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. 1. Apparatus weren’t well used and not even sure if they are sterilized 2. Toggled between my ear canal and outer ear randomly, and worse still, very unclean. Can clearly see from the screen that it was haphazard, with at least 90% not cleared. Told her not to do anything too deep, which anyway she didn’t even clean the outside surface area properly anyway. 3. A regular 1 hour session was “done” in 20 mins 4. Used phone (which rang loudly) at least 5 times throughout, spoke loudly in my ear several times to colleague and incoming customers 5. Spotted to look away to talk to others WHILE still having an instrument in my ear to “clean” 6. Ear wash: poured the wash which was too hot, told her so and she insisted it’s not and placed the bottle to my hand to feel. Obviously she’s not aware that our ear canal is sensitive and thin. Plus, the liquid flowed to my clothes, and by time she started the alternate massage, there are no more solution left. 7. SHE LEFT A FULL LONG TUFF OF BROWN STICKS BRUSH IN MY EAR. When I raised my voice to ask her “what is that long brown stick in my ear?”, she laughed and brushed it off that it’s just a brush. No apology, simply dismissive. It could have got me deaf! 8. Her wires management is weak, it was simply dangling across my body whenever she shifts position. 9. Her hands and part of arm rested fully on my right shoulder whenever she did my right ear. Utterly not professional and unable to manage. Imagine if I’m a male customer! 10. Payment: Gave her my mobile to key in. Spent rest of the 5 mins chatting nonchalantly with her colleague. Finally I asked her and she said machine is not reading and not working. I had to tell her my remaining credits and pay the extra. 11. Very dangerous handling of ear cleaning if patrons are simply children, non discerning customers. Heard that there are several others who have bled and hurt from her skills. I would have rated 0 star if Google permits. VERY DISAPPOINTED. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK.”
