“I am extremely disappointed with my repeated experiences involving a staff member named Henry at WonderFoot East Coast Road, and even more disappointed that management appears to have taken no meaningful action despite previous feedback. On 2 October 2026, I had a 90-minute foot massage and wanted to extend my session by another 30 minutes for a body massage. My masseur checked with Henry, who was at the counter, and was told that there was no room available for the extension. However, when my masseur subsequently checked with another colleague, she was told that there WAS a room available, and I was able to extend my session. This raises a very serious question: why was my masseur initially told by Henry that no room was available when another staff member confirmed otherwise? As a paying customer, I find this extremely frustrating and unacceptable. More concerningly, this is NOT the first time I have experienced something similar involving Henry. On a previous occasion, I called the outlet and Henry answered the phone. I asked for an appointment with my preferred masseur and was told that she was not available. When I later checked directly with my masseur, she told me that she had actually been available that day. After experiencing this more than once, I am seriously concerned about what is happening at this outlet and whether certain staff members are being treated differently. I sincerely hope there is no discrimination based on nationality or personal differences, but these repeated inconsistencies deserve a proper investigation by management. Apart from these incidents, I have also personally observed Henry being rude in the way he speaks to other customers and to other masseurs working at the outlet. This does not appear to me to be an isolated incident or a simple misunderstanding. When the same type of behaviour is repeatedly observed, it becomes a management issue. During an earlier appointment, I had booked a two-hour body massage and decided to extend it by another 30 minutes because of significant body aches. My masseur, Sarah, stepped out during the session to inform the front counter that I would be extending my appointment until 8pm. After the massage, Henry raised his voice at Sarah and loudly questioned her about how long the massage had been and why the extension had not been recorded on the session sheet. I was present and witnessed this interaction myself. Sarah appeared frightened and unsure how to respond. As a customer, I felt extremely uncomfortable witnessing a staff member being spoken to in that manner. What I really do not understand is: why has no action been taken despite these repeated incidents? I previously wrote to WonderFoot management to complain about Henry's rude and unprofessional service, yet nobody even got back to me. If customers have already raised concerns and the same problems continue, then management needs to explain what is being done about it. Why should customers repeatedly have to experience this kind of behaviour? Why should masseurs have to be spoken to in such a manner? And why does it appear that nothing is being done despite complaints being raised? I have been a regular customer and have purchased packages with WonderFoot, but I am now seriously disappointed with how the East Coast Road outlet is being managed. Good massage skills alone are not enough. Customer service, honesty, professionalism and respectful treatment of staff are equally important. I strongly urge WonderFoot management to properly investigate these incidents, including checking the appointment and room availability records for 2 October and the previous booking incident. I would also like management to explain why my earlier complaint received no response. Until management takes these complaints seriously and addresses what is happening at this outlet, I personally cannot recommend purchasing or renewing a package at WonderFoot East Coast Road. Customers deserve better, and so do the staff working there.”

“Especially during the off hours the quality of the massage is great. I had Yang Yang today and she did an amazing job.”

“My masseuse was Yang Yang. She has strength and skills to undo the knots in my body. Highly recommended because my body felt relax after. Just remember, no pain no gain. Bite the bullet while she undo the knots, you’ll feel like you’re walking on clouds after.”
