“It was my very first time to try Brow embroidery & a good friend of mine recommended Luisa. Luisa is very meticulous & professional, she drew the shape of the ideal eyebrow i wanted until it was as close as possible & i was satisfied with its natural shape & arch. After that, she put numbing cream so the process was pretty painless. Picture number 1 shows the eyebrows after embroidery in January 2026. Picture number 2 shows the eyebrows on 1 May 2026 — the right (fainter) eyebrow is without any drawing whereas the Left (more bold) eyebrow was filled with eyebrow pencil. I am very pleased with the result & duration it has lasted, plus the overall natural look. Highly recommend her service! 👍”

“I did my eyebrow embroidery at BrowSugar and recently went back for a retouch. Luisa took the time to shape my brows according to my features, rather than defaulting to a standard look. What I really appreciated was that she didn’t encourage removal of my previous eyebrow embroidery. Instead, she was confident in her craft and assured me it wasn’t necessary, which I found very reassuring. My brows now look natural and well-shaped, and the colour tone is on point. The healing process was also better than expected, with little to no scabbing after each session. Hygiene standards were excellent throughout. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would recommend BrowSugar to anyone looking for natural-looking results.”
