“Purchased an Emsculpt package previously from their TikTok livestream. Was attended to by a few different technicians over the few months. I noticed the duration for each session varies. What was supposed to be 1 hour per session was sometimes only 45mins or 50mins even though I arrived punctually at my timeslot. I asked two of the technicians about this previously, and was told by one that they can’t adjust the duration on the machine/ it’s fixed etc. I thought this was quite puzzling. Another insisted that it was the full one hour. I decided not to pursue further since it was a TikTok deal (though it’s stated 1 hour per session). I also noticed some mould on the ceiling in some of the rooms I was assigned to. Not a very pleasant experience. Would not return again.”
