“I have been a regular customer since 2024 for her lash services, which I was consistently satisfied with. In February 2026, I decided to try her nail services as well. Unfortunately, the experience was unacceptable. My cuticles on both one finger and one toe were overcut during the session, resulting in injury. I have been doing my nails for years and have never encountered this issue before. I reached out afterwards, and she acknowledged the mistake and provided a partial refund, which I accepted as seen in the screenshots. In April 2026, I attempted to book another lash appointment, as I was still willing to continue with her lash services despite the previous incident. However, both my messages were ignored. At the same time, she remained active on social media, and when a friend contacted her separately, she received a prompt reply, while mine remains ignored. This selective responsiveness is unprofessional and disappointing, especially towards an existing customer. While I understand that mistakes can happen, ignoring a client instead of communicating properly reflects poorly on customer service and business integrity.”

“I’ve been going to Julia for over 5 years for nails and lashes, and she always nails it! For nails, she can recreate any design I show her, and when I have no idea what I want, she somehow knows exactly what suits me. Same for lashes, she just knows what style works best for me. Her studio is super cozy, with movies to watch while you get pampered, the perfect chill spot. You’ll always leave feeling relaxed and happy! From her home studio days to now having her own space, I’m so proud of how far she’s come. Affordable, high-quality, and always on point.
