“She is super friendly and genuine. I love her vibe. She makes me feel comfortable the whole time I’m there lying down for an hour. Yes is only an hour long she took to do my upper and bottom eyelashes extensions. She is super patience and she makes sure I get the lashes I want and I’m satisfied with it. All of it. I will still go back to her. She’s the best.”

“Cute and cozy studio! Really caring and meticulous lash artists! They will recommend designs that are suitable for your eyes and face if you don’t know which design you want to go for. They have very trendy Thai lash and anime lash available too! My lashes are able to last for two months. And lower lashes last for at least a month! So many other places that I try drop after a few weeks with lower lashes dropping within a few days. Would recommend this place to everyone any day!! Mega love. Thank you Shane for doing my lash :)”

“Will not recommend this place at all. The staff was not professional and they charged me wrongly. Requested for refund but ignored my request.”

“10/10 will not recommend. Had an appointment at 8pm initially. They asked me can change to 7pm anot I say ok. I went down at 6.50pm (their terms and policies cannot be late for 10 mins or deposit forfeit) and waited all the way til 7.30pm. Despite waiting for so long (20mins @ first), lash technician did not update on waiting time. At 7.16pm i asked how long more it would take. She said 5 more mins. Until 7.30pm the technician was still not done with her previous customer. Now mind you, the whole time lash technician did not provide any updates or apologise for the wait. Come 7.30pm, I left of my own accord and even had to ask for my refund for the deposit as the shop did not even offer for it. Their reply was “ok” but did not specify how they were going to refund either. When I asked how they were going to refund me, they were rude and gave me attitude, claiming that they had my name how would they not refund? But they claimed they’re so busy, how would I know if they could even remember my name when they closed shop? How would I know anything since I was told nothing? When I left and stepped out of the shop,I hurled a word of vulgarity and immediately the staff came chasing and scolding me. Granted I agree that scolding vulgarities (when I had physically stepped outside the shop) might be wrong (honestly is there no free speech here?) but she chased me outside like your typical 90s / 00s gangster and asked me to come back to talk instead of stepping outside as I left to scold? Naturally, I went back in and I was greeted with her calling me a crazy lady for being shouted at and had wanted to call the cops & also she hurled more vulgarities back at me right in the shop when I reasoned with her. The fact was, no service recovery, no updates, no adhering to their own policies (terms & conditions), and no apologies were made right up to the point I snapped. If this is the way of doing business now, then I don’t see why a customer should respect them when they took the money and provided 0 respect. Also for further info, I did not request for a specific lash technician & when I entered the shop? One of them was free. They couldn’t even rebuked to my reasons when asked why the change to my appointment, the lack of apologies etc, despite her admitting it was their fault at first? For y’all netizens to figure it out yourselves whether you want to patronise such a shop. Probably won’t be getting my deposit back as promised by them, but it’s $20, it’s fine. Not your typical Karen here, but I do think consumers have a right to obtain the service they paid for and were promised at the appointed timing. The timing and basic courtesy should also be respected. I don’t understand how they were rude to me first but called me rude instead. While this right of customers is not an entitlement everywhere, I would assume most businesses would have the courtesy to apologise their customers for the wait & delay (if any). None of that happened. Just as customers should be honest, shops/owners/staff should be too. Come here if you want to be treated like trash.”
