“I am extremely unsatisfied with my recent eyelash extension appointment. I specifically showed the staff a picture of the exact look I wanted beforehand, but the final outcome was not even close to the reference—it was so minimal it looked like nothing was done at all. Worse still, the application process actually caused me to lose my natural eyelashes. The entire experience was frustrating. My eyes stung constantly throughout the service, naturally causing me to tear up and react, yet the technicians taped my eyes so uncomfortably that I couldn't keep them closed properly. Instead of taking accountability or trying to comfort me, the staff blamed my natural lash growth and my involuntary reactions for the poor result. Even with two technicians attempting to fix just one eye, the end result was a complete failure. This was by far the worst lash service I’ve ever experienced. I am upset with both the lack of skill and the total disregard for customer care, and I advise anyone looking for a professional, beautiful transformation to think before visiting.”

She pays so much attention to every little detail, making sure every lash is perfectly placed. The results always turn out beautiful, and I completely trust her with my lashes. Also, a big shoutout to Cass for my eyebrows! She is amazing at what she does. She immediately understands the issues with your brows and knows exactly what shape and treatment will suit your face best.
