“As a first time customer, the service here is honestly amazing and efficient. It’s hard for me to find a good lash place so I was hoping for the best when I came here. Tina truly provide an excellent customer service care! My lash artist, Lan, also was quick to attend and patiently consulted the different choices I had, as I was quite indecisive. The whole process was not so painful and she was calm & patient the whole time. I have sensitive eyes but it doesn’t hurt too bad at all and was surprised to be offered eye drops. Appreciate it very much! The vibe and calm ambience here is amazing too and the free items such as the spoolie, eye drops, sweets & water are great. Best service honestly especially for a first time customer like me. Will return again, thank you 🥰🫶🏼”

“Used to come here often but they got lazy, my natural lash are thin and destroyed, they did not isolate my lashes and glued together multiple strands of natural lash together! When I realize they have been doing lazy work the damage was done. My natural lash are thin and sparse. They don't really grow anymore. Save your lashes and go somewhere better. I was loyal and supported them for a long time, disappointed that this happened.”
