“Disappointing booking experience. I had a hydrafacial confirmed for today and was asked for a deposit. I missed the message but was still inside the 24 hour window they set and was prepared to pay the deposit within that window, yet I was told my slot would be given to someone else anyway. I understand requiring a deposit, but reassigning a confirmed slot while the client is still within your own stated window is poor service. Be clear on their deposit terms before you book.”
