“Not sure what happened to the previous lady doing threading but recently realised new lady at the shop first time I did with her both eyebrows were different and I had to keep telling her to do it properly really didn’t like how it looked I brought two friends there one guy and girl both also same uneven brows and horrible shape.Still gave it another chance went back and she did a horrible job seems like she doesn’t know what she’s doing even removing excess hair or eyebrow shaping really failed.On to of that it was so painful till the next day.Ive been doing threading for a decade never seen such horrible service really waste of money.Next day had to go redo it coz she really ruined my brows.Go to Kushis at Hougang Mall area way better and they know what they’re doing and it’s not Gonna hurt so bad.”

“Worst experience ever. The customer service was extremely poor. I’ve been here several times before, and the owner has often been inappropriate with her choice words, though I tolerated it as the threading service itself was decent. However, this time it went completely out of hand. She crossed personal boundaries by bringing up private life topics and insulted how others manage their grooming, without even giving them a chance to speak. I will never require her services again and will never step into her shop. To avoid any form of discrimination or unpleasant treatment, I strongly advise others to avoid this shop or be upfront with her to minimise communication. If only it’s possible I would’ve given a 0 star rating.”
