“I have looked very bloated since pregnancy, and I was here because my postpartum massage didn’t bring me back in shape even after months of massage. I also personally believed more in TCM as they also focused on your health when they design plans to help you lose weight healthily. You will feel that you are losing weight healthily as compared to other slimming companies. I started my first session in March, and have been slowly and progressively dropping a bit of weight. I also started seeing myself slowly back in shape, this helped me slowly regain some confidence and hope that I won’t stay stuck with body that didn’t feel normal after pregnancy. As I mentioned that they focus on restoring health before slimming, they started by running a quick test on my body and ensure that I go through a few sessions of body regulation to ensure that my body is in a ‘better condition’ (or just regulating well) before the actual slimming sessions starts. I generally have very weak gastric and digestive system, and they do a targeted stomach massage to help me regulate my stomach (push out the trapped air) during every session, and it really can feel effective during massage and afterwards. I want to commend one of the therapists Joey Liew for her service and for having the best skills in massaging stomach.”
