“Scheduling with them is a pain in the ass. People have work, family and plans outside of this. And I had to take a break in the midst of a one week holiday and subsequent immediate surgery, hence, there’s 1-2 pauses in between . But it has been extremely difficult to book sessions with BMF. It doesn’t matter if it’s 1 week or 2 weeks, even 1 month in advance, I can’t even book a slot that is suited to my schedule. I also do not have the option to book with other outlets. When it comes to treatments, frankly, there’s also a lack of follow ups, a understanding of what each machine or treatment does for my body. I’m just signing off , no idea what is done. Follow up over the week or 2 weeks after are lacking. Supposed tests as simple as InBody scan to done every 2-3 weeks can’t be done, but machine is down. Nutritionist follow up is also lacking. Only seen the nutritionist once at my first visit after 6-8 treatments with them. I’m being sold high praises and confidence of the treatment and service, but I do not receive them.”
