She is gentle, knowledgeable, and there is no pushy hard sell - something I truly appreciate. Every experience is a good one and a nice escape from the "real world" for that short 1.5-2 hours.”

“Madam Irene is exceptionally hospitable and welcoming. She treats her work like an art form and treats every customer like a masterpiece by designing an eyebrow shape tailored specifically to you rather than just clearing away stray hairs. Every visit includes thoughtful touches like snacks, hot tea, and small gifts such as deodorant samples. The shop is spotless and cozy. Although it is small, it is quiet and always smells like soothing lavender essential oil and fresh sanitizer between clients. Waxing here is practically painless, not only because Madam Irene is so skillful, but also because she keeps you relaxed with warm conversation. During my session, she even took the extra time to carefully remove an ingrown hair on my armpit that she easily could have ignored. The price here is also reasonable, waxing both armpits costs only 20 SGD. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and it is well worth the 1-hour travel time to get here!”
