“I was asked to top up $20 for extraction because the $48 swift DEEP cleansing facial would not do any deep cleansing. They used the old steel extraction tool to manually extract (which causes marks on the skin) but no machine was used for extraction unlike the website description. They then also tried to sell me a package even though the website said no packages. All prices are for 1st time trial only and subsequent sessions will be $100+ unless you get a package. The actual facial experience was nice but I won’t go back due to the lack of transparency”

“Not a relaxing experience. The staff kept interrupting the facial 3–4 times to switch on the lights and check my face, which made it hard to relax. Felt more like a sales session than a pampering one. Wouldn’t recommend it if you’re looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating facial. Not worth the money.”
