“The last thing I want is to ask to buy more packages or to top up during a facial session that’s supposed to be a relaxing session. The facial experience turns out to be stressful as I have to make rushed decisions and spend more money as they’d always try to convince me with attractive offers (means have to fork out more money) instead of letting me use my package session as it’d seem less value. Please stop doing this to your customers!!!”
