“Kind of agree the previous comments. Went for the trial $68 while ending paid $98+$50+$50, felt being scammed 😓”

“Similar to one of the previous commenters, I initially went for the $68 trial facial. During the consultation, I was asked to add on several treatments which I agreed to. After that, I was seated down and was sold a package of 10 sessions (with an additional 2 free sessions). Was also told that the ‘offer’ ends today. Felt pressured and went ahead with it but I felt really cheated. Knowing that I’m still a student, she still tried her luck with selling package which I felt is very salon style. Plus, it was only the first session and the rapport hasn’t been built with the customer and she’s already selling package to lock the customer down. I find it really unethical and vibe is totally off. Went for a couple of sessions and decided to not continue with her. Personally, I decided to try home based facial cos I didn’t like the salon style of selling packages. All in all, this is a really bad first experience for me.”

“I've been doing my facials with I Do Skin Care for quite some time now. The service is professional and skillful. I always fall asleep towards the end because it's just too relaxing and comfortable—HAHAHA. What I also like is how detailed she is with my face. I’ve tried doing facials at retail outlets before, and I often felt rushed because they had to finish within the time limit, so sometimes the treatment didn’t feel properly done. But at I Do, there are times when she doesn’t mind going overtime and insists on addressing every issue. Really appreciate it!”

“I always look forward to my sessions with Amy. She makes me feel so relaxed and comfortable compared to retail facial stores which I used to go to. Those experiences made me quite skeptical, especially with the constant hard-selling that happened even while I was trying to relax during the facial. But with Amy, it’s a completely different experience. She doesn’t hard sell at all. Instead, she’s upfront, transparent, and only recommends what your skin genuinely needs. I really appreciate how detailed and precise she is, always putting so much care into every step and always ensures there are visible results after each session. And trust me, there are! Amy is kind, friendly, and clearly knows her stuff. For the quality and experience you get, her prices are one of the most affordable around. Highly recommend her facials, especially now while she’s offering trial sessions!”
