When I arrived, they asked why I hadn't been coming in, and I explained that I had moved. After that, the service felt noticeably half-hearted. I was left with a face mask on for 40 minutes and felt neglected rather than properly cared for. I was so frustrated that I left. I don't know whether this was because they assumed I wouldn't renew my package, but that was how it came across. After repeatedly asking me to come back, the least they could do was provide attentive service. Instead, I made a special trip and wasted my time. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this branch.”
