The packages are also quite confusing—I signed up for a 'Ganjin' package which I understood to be for my back, but was recently told a renewal at the same price would only cover my legs. This 'by body part' system feels like poor value and is not flexible. I’m hesitant to even book appointments now because I know I’ll be pushed to buy more."”
