“I had a confirmed 5:30pm appointment for an eyelash touch-up and received Fresha reminders both the day before and on the appointment day. I made the trip to the salon, but unfortunately found the door locked when I arrived. I tried calling and WhatsApps but received no response at the time. There was also no prior notification that the salon would be closed or that my appointment could not proceed. This was disappointing and inconvenient, particularly as I had made the trip specifically for a confirmed appointment. I hope the salon can improve its appointment management and communication to avoid this happening to other customers.”
