“I have had eyebrow threading done many times before, but this was the worst experience ever. The lady was not at all gentle, even after my eyes were full. She pulled out hair with the same intensity and pressure. Even after eight hours, it is still burning. I will never go back. I am sorry, ma’am, that is not how you do it! I am very disappointed. Please be gentle, regardless of how sensitive a customer’s skin is.”
