“I did an intensive hair treatment (anti hair loss and hair thickening which they market as natural and not using chemical ingredients) which was supposedly the complimentary hair treatment (basic one). I first completed a form which had few questions and a consent for personal data collection. Then I’ve met-up with the consultant, I don’t know her credentials though. She scanned my scalp and took photos of it. Explained my hair situation and offered me the “intensive hair treatment”. It was Karen Lee who did the whole treatment for me, it was almost 1.5hrs for the treatment and another 15 mins for the consultant to scan the scalp again. First, Karen applied some mask on my scalp, and washed after. Then went into a room for the treatment. Applied the mask into my scalp, it felt minty. Karen massaged my head, neck, shoulders and the. wrapped my hair with towel and put on the steam straight to my head. Then lastly washed my hair again, then sprayed something on my scalp and blow dry my hair. The massage was good if you like hard massage. It’s hard to comment about the treatment whether effective as it’s my first session. You will need multiple sessions to be able to see the results. They also have other treatments where a machine will be used which is quite expensive per session, the consultant did share different options (with or without the machine).”
