“Very bad service. Simple cut also cut $20 for kids. Brought both of my kids for hair cut on Saturday afternoon. Ended up only my daughter cut her hair though we informed them both kids want to cut. Asked us to wait and wait and wait. Not sure wait until when. Until my kids were so hungry. Older lady with glasses informed us to wait for the chubby guy to finish hair cut for the baby and another guy and would be my sons. So we waited but then another customer came and sit down then my son did not get his supposed to be haircut after waiting for his turn. Improper management and messy service style. The hair stylist looks like you owe them money. Do not patronise. Third time here and never will come again.”

“Paid $25 for a 5-10min hair cut which looked like I could have acheived it from K-Cuts: For context, I visited the salon with a reference photo and asked the hairstylist to give me a similar style but with less layers. Unfortunately, the hairstylist dismissed my request and laughed it off by saying that I won't be able to get that look with less layers (which I understand). What made the experience most disappointing was that she did not engage in any consultation to understand more on my hair needs and what I wanted. In the end, I only received a blunt chop on the ends with very minimal trimming on my existing layers because "it was already there". To be fair, I did not call up for an appointment before coming, but I believe that all customers should be treated with a certain level of effort and sincerity, no matter what they are coming in for whether its a simple haircut or a full hair package.”
