“I’ve been seeing Tracy for almost 2 years now for everything from just a haircut alone, to perms and treatments. She’s always so friendly, hospitable, and honest (giving her opinions on what suits me/is appropriate and doesnt oversell). She gives her best in what she does and I trust her with my hair During my first visit, she asks me questions about my hair, what im looking for, what type of hair treatment I’ve done before to understand your hair type/response to treatment. My hair type is very fine and normally I find that with my previous (but minimal) experience with perms, it didn’t look good, it did not last at all and dries out my hair so much. However with all my perms with Tracy so far, she always makes it look so good and most importantly my curls still hold up well even after 6 months, and my hair isn’t dry/weak looking! When she first did my perm, even though I thought it looked really good, she was honest that it wasn’t like how I wanted it from the pictures I showed her. She wanted to improve it for me and very kindly offered to re-do it for me after a few months (to prevent damage to your hair) now that she has a better understanding of my hair and how it responds to the curl/diameter of curl. I still come to see Tracy even though I live overseas now and always recommend all my friends and family to her and Greem Hair Salon when they comment on how nice my curls look. The salon is beautiful, clean, modern and spacious too and everyone working there is always so friendly and helpful. Thank you guys vvv much!!”
