“First time visiting for highlight and root touch up and hair cut since referred by a friend. The worst coloring I've ever had for someone who's been getting blonde highlights and color for 10 years. The blonde highlight turns out to be 1 inch off my roots, and it's not blended with my existing colors at all. There were 3 different people rotating doing the highlights the whole time and they are not the main stylist. One of them is a guy who was clearly not familiar with what he was doing. The main stylist only did the hair cut and didn't even say anything when the coloring job is visibly bad. I don't think they care about the quality of their work here at all.”
