Was a regular customer alongside family, not very value for money and tolerated quite a few mistakes and screwups, but today takes the cake. “Had a really disappointing experience at this salon. Recommended not to go. I went in with long hair and expected the stylist to at least have some common sense in following the hairstyle and shape I wanted. Instead, I ended up with a short military/NS-style haircut that looks like a pineapple. Honestly, even the NS barber can cut better. What made it worse was that midway through cutting my hair, the stylist left to attend to another customer and I was left sitting there with half-cut hair for around 20 minutes. When she came back, the haircut felt rushed and the final result looked nothing like what I requested. Very disappointed with the service, attention, and overall professionalism. I would not recommend this salon if you care about hair shape, styling accuracy, or basic customer attention.”

She is incredibly knowledgeable, passionate and attentive she looked carefully at my hair texture, explained what would actually work for me, and never once tried to oversell anything. You can feel that she genuinely cares about the customer. The whole team has the same energy: warm, patient, passionate and so caring. “Probably the best hair salon in far east. My friend introduced my wife to Miko Hair salon, upon reaching the place is really clean and very nice ambience. Hair stylist Joy immediately attended to us, with a professional and friendly smile. My wife was skeptical at first but immediately fall in love with this place after hearing and listening to her advice. The hair color, styling really suited my wife very much and she is more than satisfied. This would be her regular go-to salon from now on.
