“⚠️ Very bad experience at NK Hairworks (Whitesands Mall) I went on 4 April 2026 for a simple root touch-up. However, the stylist applied the dye onto my pink hair as well, causing it to turn dark, dirty, and very uneven. Even the stylist acknowledged that my hair became “dirty”. I spent 8 HOURS and hundreds of dollars previously to achieve this clean pink hair, and it was nicely done before. Now the colour is completely ruined. What made the experience worse was that despite knowing he had damaged my hair, he kept pushing me to sign a package repeatedly — around 10 times. When I rejected, he reduced to 5 times, then 3 times, and continued asking. This kind of pushy sales behaviour, especially after a bad result, is extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. Very disappointed with both the result and the service. Please think twice before visiting. (Photos attached for reference)”
