“My first time here and I decided to try the first-time trial package (haircut + colour for $108). Initially, I only wanted a haircut, but after the staff mentioned that they could achieve the colour range I was looking for, I decided to go ahead with the package. Unfortunately, the final colour turned out quite different from the reference shown to me, so I was a little disappointed. I would have preferred to be told upfront if the colour wasn’t achievable, as it would have saved me the time and helped manage my expectations. That said, the staff member who attended to me was very kind, gentle, and pleasant throughout the entire appointment. I really appreciated her service and friendliness. My disappointment was mainly with the outcome rather than the service itself. 🙂”
