“As a member of the Waterway Point outlet, this was honestly one of the worst salon experiences I’ve had. I went in for bleaching/coloring and ended up being bleached TWICE in one session. During the application, my scalp was already burning and painful, but the process continued even after I reminded the stylist twice. By the end of the appointment, my scalp felt extremely tight and irritated, the color result was uneven/patchy, and my hair texture became very dry and damaged. What disappointed me most was that despite the poor result and obvious discomfort, I was still asked to top up current member account. Also paid an additional $109 for a scalp protector that clearly did absolutely nothing! Bleaching is a high-skill chemical service, and scalp safety should always come first. Burning sensations during bleaching should not be brushed off as “normal”. I’m now dealing with scalp recovery and hair repair after this appointment. I genuinely hope the salon takes customer safety, consultation, and technical standards more seriously moving forward.”
