“The hair stylists were relatively pleasant and nice. Unfortunately they were quite rough with the way they handled my hair and I’ve noticed significant damage and breakage due to how rough they were during my appointment. I told them once during my hair wash that it was quite painful and she was gentler for a short while but when they dried my hair, the pulling started again. I literally heard some of my hair get pulled off the front of my head when the stylist was curling my hair. I chose to do the 5 step treatment and yet my hair condition is worse than it was before I went. When I bleached my hair two years ago there was less breakage than the breakage I got from this appointment. I’m scared to wash my hair everyday because I’m scared I’ll lose even more hair than I already did. My fringe suffered the most and I have a few really short strands now that are standing up and I hate it. It will take me a few months for it to grow out again and I’m very very disappointed with this service as it was super expensive but the result was horrible.”
