It was done by a guy who called himself a “Senior Stylist.” Senior stylist but still can burn someone’s hair like this? Seriously? My mom paid a total of $626, including $300 just for Kgloss, and her hair ended up damaged and burnt. If this is the standard from a “senior stylist,” then it’s really unacceptable. Charging such high prices and ruining someone’s hair at the same time is honestly ridiculous.
