“BEST DECISION EVER! Last weekend I went to another salon for a haircut and honestly… it was a complete nightmare. On the way back home, I passed by Yuki Hair Salon and took a picture of it thinking maybe I should try it out. I went yesterday to fix my hair and from the moment I walked in, the service was really good. Wei Wei welcomed me warmly and was very polite. She listened to what I wanted and explained the services clearly. I went for hair wash and haircut. Before the hair wash, Wei Wei even checked my scalp and explained what I can do to keep it healthy. Everything was explained nicely and professionally, and most importantly NO force selling at all. That made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Thank you so much Wei Wei! Then came the hair wash by Mimi! OMG. Never in my life I experienced a hair wash like this before. Seriously THE BEST!! So gentle, relaxing and shiok until I almost fell asleep hahaha Finally, the show stealer, Max. He really got magic hands. I showed him a few reference pictures and explained what I wanted and he made sure the haircut turned out exactly how I imagined. Super detailed and really skilled. Mimi did my head massage and it was super comfortable and relaxing. You can really feel the difference in her technique. The guy staff was also very good and professional.
