“I asked for a trim and it was meant to keep the original shape and hairstyle. She acknowledged it was a trim. But Jenny never understood me and always followed her own mind. She went on to layer my hair and cut my fringe until it became a different hair- bob to pixel. She always lined the customers back to back at the expense of workmanship. Profit first, efficiency over quality. I've had enough of her narcissism and this would be my last time here.”
