“Ivy ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Yumi ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m very happy with my experience at Care4Skin @Canberra. I purchased a facial treatment package a few days ago, and Ivy was assigned to me. She was so gentle and professional, explaining each step clearly and letting me know what products she was applying to my face. I really appreciated her patience and attention towards me. Yumi also did an amazing job with my acne extraction. Her technique was very gentle and skilled, and I experienced much less pain compared to my previous experiences at other places. I truly appreciate her expertise and the care she put into the treatment. I also went back today for an eyelash lifting, and I’m very happy with the result cos it turned out beautifully and exactly the way I wanted. Ivy, Yumi and 1 more staff were all so friendly, welcoming and attentive. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout my 2 visits. Thank you so much for the wonderful service! “I normally don't post bad reviews (this is the first time I'm doing so ever so this is saying alot). I come here only for eyebrow threading service and had quite unpleasant experiences. First instance was when I visited for threading as I have the package. The lady attempted to thread my brows but it turns out she doesn't know how (she offered to pluck instead - which if like that, I can just do myself?). There were about 4 ladies and all dont know how to do so I left without getting threaded that day. Second instance was again visiting for threading (I need to use up my package somehow). This other lady (not the one doing the threading) started touching my face, cheeks and everywhere. Her hands were really sweaty and who knows if she washed them beforehand. She started telling me that I have alot of pimples and even went on to say "you not scared ah all the time liddat". Then they continued to speak more amongst themselves in vietnamese (?). I chose to not say anything back so to not prolong the convo / insults any further. I understand that upselling is important but I think she could've: 1) not touched my face without consent especially bc she is not even assigned to doing my service at that time at all, 2) upselling technique needs some work - she could try to do her sales pitch without offending the customer. Honestly I don't understand how this place somehow has perfect reviews 😆 If this gets deleted, I know the reason why lol”
