“Edited after finishing my package RF micro needling ‼️ Sales tactic is too much. They won’t take no and still find a way to force you to buy a package. In the beginning I just wanted to one session to make sure there won’t be any skin reactions since my skin is sensitive but the lady staff was too pushy. Even tho I already bought a package (reluctantly) they still upsell me to different treatments whenever I have my session, after sessions they will even try more harder to get you to increase package and add additional treatments. I thought every treatment I will not pay out of pocket but the lady will always insist a different treatment than what I had paid for. I firmly said no they will keep pushing. I feel so trapped after sessions in that room where I have to constantly be firm and feels like I have to win a debate. I had RF microneedling for 4 session for $1k and honestly I dont see any difference. As a matter of fact, it made my scars worse and visible. After I finish my last session, another staff tried to upsell again no matter how I said no many times and they make alibis say this is limited wont be available for your nxt visit. Don’t believe them! I typically don’t post line this but this aesthetic clinic is a total money grabber. Btw, I’m in a much better clinic now with a real dermatologist.”

“This facility has great potential—the ambiance is nice, the facilities are solid, and the treatment quality is good. In fact, the practitioner who performed my trial treatment was wonderful and completely non-pushy. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was ruined by extremely aggressive, high-pressure sales tactics. From the moment I stepped into the consultation room, I felt trapped as staff relentlessly pushed additional treatments and expensive packages. They were so aggressive that I reluctantly agreed to upsell another treatment just in the hope that it would stop them from pushing even more on me. The hard-sell continued before and after my treatment, where multiple staff members and managers ganged up on me to get a sale. They simply refuse to take "no" for an answer. While the treatment itself and the facilities were great, the uncomfortable and predatory sales culture completely ruined it. I will not be returning.”
