“Advertised to be having lip SHR. But went there to be told that the promo is only for bikini line only. What's worst I booked via their platform on CNY Eve 4.30pm. I was thinking if they really opened as most of the retail stores would be opened half day or closed. Lucky I called to check.. Upon call checking the lady said they are only open till 2pm. Then why online still allow people to book?? (And no confirmation call was being made to me.? While On the phone,the lady also said must register for the promo before END JAN. But End Jan due to CNY They will be closed for few days..! So either i paynow to them immediately or I go to their store to register. As I dnt wished to Paynow for services I did not enjoy before.(Lucky, I didn't, later no refund) I have to put down things on hand to go to their outlet ealier than 4.30pm. But when I reached there,it came out to be a bigger surprise..this is a Gimmick. They tried pushing their package of $988 to me.. I showed them the confirmation email for the service. Then there it stated dear 22/6/2023. (First i thought that it was a mistake via the platform) But later the staff pointed out to me the email heading: that the dear 22/6/2023 is a past promo. Like this can ah ? Power. Cannot address soon to be customer properly. Yet use this reason to trick people there to their store to hear them waste time promoting other packages,and the booked service doesn't exist? How can advertise something like this to lure and trick people? I felt like a fool to be wasting time with a lousy company like this. Completely waste of time to be communicating and going down to see these bunch of joker retail staffs. Not even an apology was made by their staff in regards to the misleading promo. And wasting people precious time during eve of CNY. KNS”
