“I was a customer of Atlas Medispa for many years. I first started going in 2015 before having my children, then returned in 2021 because I genuinely wanted to treat my acne scars and pockmarks. To be fair, the laser treatments they recommended did work. I saw noticeable improvements in my skin, and I was happy with the results. Unfortunately, what made me decide to stop going was the constant upselling. At almost every appointment, I was encouraged to purchase new packages even though I still had many unused sessions from previous packages. Over time, these accumulated faster than I could realistically use them. The biggest issue is that these packages come with expiry dates. I ended up paying for treatments that I simply didn't have the time to consume, and there was no refund option. Each appointment took around two hours, so it felt like the clinic prioritised selling more packages over whether they were practical for my schedule. I've since switched to a facial clinic that charges per visit instead of locking customers into prepaid packages, and it's been a much better experience and better value for money. While the treatments themselves were effective, I would not recommend Atlas Medispa because of the aggressive sales approach and package structure. I would have stayed much longer if the focus had remained on my treatment plan rather than continually selling additional packages.”

“Trusted Dr Yuen & his assistant all along as I knw that I'm always in good hands over the 8 years with them. They do things differently compared with other places I have tried, their solutions to skin; target more indept and Dr Yuen always weigh pros and cons with me and let me see the picture clearer and not do stuff on impulse just for the beauty. Initially I would want to know what he is doing for me each visit, after so many years of getting good results and security I now just leave to him to plan for my treatment and he has never been wrong!
