“First time at E:thos and had a great experience! Extraction: 8/10 Facial: 9/10 Massage: 9/10 Overall ambience and experience: 9/10 Had a very detailed consultation, and addressed all my concerns prior to the facial. I mentioned I was pressed for time and the team was very respectful and tried to finish on time without rushing through any treatments. I ended up doing a medifacial with an add on with Lynn. Felt the enzyme peel wasn’t as effective as extraction still was very painful but still bearable. Extraction was very thorough and ended with an oxygen treatment of sorts that did leave my skin feeling very hydrated and glowy. I didn’t have to put on any makeup after! Massage was amazing from head to shoulder and down to fingers, very relaxing way to end the massage and just the right amount of pressure. Only thing I felt could be improved is just gathering some of the admin stuff upfront prior to the visit so the team doesn’t have to spend time during the consultation to gather details. Overall great experience and no hard selling and the team even left me with a complimentary set of recommended skincare!”
