“I first came across Mizu back in 2019, when they were still located at Marina Bay Link Mall. My office was nearby at the time, which made it easy for me to pop in and out for quick treatments — the occasional pimple injection or yellow laser session. Today, after a few years' hiatus (during which I was with SW1), I decided to return to Mizu for a yellow laser treatment — this time with Dr. Lai. He was thoroughly professional yet friendly, communicative, and genuinely invested in the patient experience. I had such a great session that I decided to sign up for a package on the spot. I can definitely see myself returning for other treatments beyond yellow laser, thanks to the professionalism of the front desk team (Caryn and the rest), the complete absence of hard selling, and the genuine care shown throughout. Thank you for squeezing me in today and giving me such a positive experience!”

“I had a very pleasant experience with Mizu Aesthetic and would highly recommend this clinic. There was absolutely no hard selling, which I really appreciated. I initially visited for a laser trial and had a consultation with Dr. Lai before the treatment, including a detailed skin analysis. After assessing my skin, Dr. Lai actually recommended a different laser treatment that was more suitable for my needs, and it was still within the trial price. This made me feel that the recommendation was genuinely based on what was best for my skin rather than an attempt to upsell, especially since I had originally come in for a specific trial treatment. I also shared several of my skin concerns with Dr. Lai, and he took the time to address each one thoroughly and professionally. I found him to be knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely focused on helping his patients achieve the best results. Although I am currently undergoing treatments at another clinic, I would still highly recommend Mizu Aesthetic to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional aesthetic clinic. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m glad I gave them a try. 😊”

“I recently visited Mizu for Sylfirm X treatment. Dr. Luther delivered exceptional work with great expertise, and Consultant Caryn provided warm and attentive service. I really appreciate that the team never did any hard selling. It’s such a reliable place, and I sincerely recommend it to everyone.”

“I’d highly recommend Dr Tan for Ultherapy/HIFU treatment. He has some great special tips that’s very effective in easing the pain and discomfort during procedure! I appreciate his detailed and transparent approach. Reasonable pricing compared to other Orchard aesthetic clinics. The staffs are kind, gentle and very patient too. Thank you Dr Tan and team for the excellent care and service.”

“Went for an onda treatment. People are generally friendly & no hardselling at all. However therapist went into the treatment directly without any consult. Energy was wrongly delivered to my jaw bone instead of just to the fat layer, resulting in unwanted side effect of a tender/sore jaw bone. Felt like therapist is untrained hence used an incorrect technique, and also carries out treatment mechanically rather than with genuine care.”
