“Brilliant doctor (Ivan Tan) who possesses a good, experienced eye when assessing each woman’s unique looks. He doesn’t believe in simply giving a woman what she wants — he will advise you from various perspectives and persuade you to re-consider a certain treatment, if he doesn’t think it will work for you, or if he thinks you need something else. His wife, who helps manage the clinic, is warm, friendly, and welcoming. Front desk manager, Cathlin, is a consummate professional — always polite and elegant. Fion the therapist, has an excellent pair of hands; she delivers treatments with thoroughness, diligence, and genuine concern. Zero hardsell and no artifice, unlike many other medical aesthetic ‘chop shops’ with faceless doctors and cutthroat service. Peaceful spa-like environment with a lovely fish tank table, that always makes me feel relaxed and comfortable.”
