“Very disappointed with this clinic and would not recommend it. Please do not pay upfront simply because a package appears cheaper. I purchased a three-treatment medication package because it was cheaper than paying for each treatment separately. However, before I signed, the clinic did not proactively or clearly disclose an important condition: if the doctor later determined that the medication was ineffective and advised me to stop, the treatments already used would be recalculated at the original single-treatment price rather than charged at the package price. This was not a matter of me failing to carefully review all the terms. The clinic did not proactively explain this important condition before I signed the package, even though it could directly affect the final amount I would have to pay. A condition that may result in additional charges should not be deliberately withheld from customers or disclosed only after they have already signed up and used part of the package. I was only told during my third consultation—after I had already used the previous treatments—that the medication was ineffective, I should stop, and the treatments already used would be charged at the original single-treatment price. Had this condition been clearly explained upfront, I could have chosen to pay per treatment instead of paying for three treatments in advance. The entire experience gave me the impression that the clinic uses a lower package price to encourage customers to commit and pay upfront, while failing to proactively disclose important conditions that could affect the final cost. Only after the package had been purchased and partially used was I informed that the previous treatments would be recalculated at the original price. This seriously made me question the transparency and integrity of the clinic’s package sales practices. This is not merely a pricing issue. It is about whether customers are given sufficient information to make a genuinely informed purchasing decision. If the clinic had clearly explained this risk from the beginning, I could have decided whether the package was appropriate for me instead of being confronted with additional charges afterward. My advice to anyone considering a package: do not pay the full amount upfront simply because the package appears cheaper. Before signing, require the clinic to clearly explain what happens if the medication is ineffective, treatment is interrupted, or the doctor advises you to stop. Confirm how previously used treatments will be charged, whether the package can be refunded, whether the price can be recalculated, and whether any additional fees may apply. In particular, ask whether there are any circumstances under which the package price will no longer apply. Based on my experience, I will not return to this clinic. I strongly recommend that others be cautious about the clinic’s package sales practices. 非常失望，也不推荐这家诊所。大家不要因为“配套更便宜”就轻易提前付款。 我当初因为三次用药的配套价格低于单次购买，所以签了配套。但签约时，诊所并没有主动、明确地告知我：如果医生之后判断药物无效、要求停止用药，已经使用的药物将不能按配套价计算，而要按单次原价重新计费。 这并不是我没有仔细查看条款的问题，而是诊所在消费者签约前，根本没有主动说明这一项会直接影响最终费用的重要条件。对于这种可能导致消费者承担额外费用的情况，诊所不应当刻意隐瞒，更不应当等消费者已经签约并使用部分配套后才告知。 直到第三次见医生时，我才被告知药物没有效果，需要停止用药，同时得知之前使用的药物要按原价计算。如果这个重要条件在签约前就被明确告知，我完全可以选择单次购买，而不会提前支付三次的费用。 整个过程给我的感觉是：先用较低的配套价格吸引消费者提前付款、锁定后续消费，却没有在签约前主动披露可能影响最终费用的关键条件，等消费者已经签约并使用部分配套后，才告知需要重新按原价计算。这种做法让我严重质疑这家诊所销售配套时的透明度和诚信。 这不仅是价格问题，更是消费者是否能够在充分知情的情况下作出购买决定的问题。如果诊所一开始就把这个风险明确说明，消费者就可以根据真实情况选择是否购买配套，而不是在事后被动承担额外费用。 提醒大家：不要只因为所谓的“优惠配套”就提前交付全部费用。签约前应要求诊所主动说明：如果药物无效、治疗中断或医生要求停药，已使用部分如何计费，配套能否退款，是否会重新计价，以及是否有额外费用。尤其要确认诊所是否存在任何可能导致配套价格失效的情况。 我不会再选择这家诊所，也建议大家对这家诊所避雷。”
