“Went to their new Senja outlet for the trial lash promo advertised at $68. I was told my chosen design would be $98 instead, which I agreed to and proceeded with. I paid a $200 deposit while considering their packages. When I decided not to take up a package, I was then told the trial would be charged at the original $128 price instead. After calculation, I still had to pay another $76. I feel the pricing and package conditions should have been made clear upfront, rather than changing the price after the service was completed. Very disappointing experience.”
