“I just want to comment on my experiences here. The last one I did was decent but before that, the shop owner Helen, while using her phone, cut my nails too deep until I bled and filed my nails until it was so thin and uneven. I immediately stopped the whole process and left without putting on a fresh coat. Basically, she's always on her phone so just FYI. Also, take note when signing package to check the start date carefully and if possible, take a photo of the record card. Cause she claimed that I signed in 2021 when my bank statement clearly showed payment made in 2022. When I asked for the card to see she immediately said she threw it away even though I left the shop less than 15 minutes ago. In the end, I only used this $210 6-session package twice. And she wanted to hard sell (+guilt trip) me to sign more. No thanks :)”

“Following my recent manicure appointment, I must express my dissatisfaction with the service provided. Despite the brief nature of the session, which involved nail cutting within a mere five minutes, I was unexpectedly asked to pay an additional $5 for buffing. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this establishment as I believe I could have achieved better results attending to my nails personally.”
