“HORRIBLE!! Worst experience ever, if I could give it zero stars I most definitely would. I came to this place as a family member used to have a package here and my usual nail tech is currently overseas. I came in for just a french tip with chrome manicure and I already had the same design on. So I told the lady that was doing my nails to redo the same design as mine were outgrown. Removal went fine. But as she doing my base coat, she only applied ONE LAYER, so my natural nails could be seen. Afterwards she did the french tip, which was WAY TOO THICK, as compared my previous set which she very obviously saw. She did not bother to ask if I was okay with the thickness and proceeded to cure. After she applied the chrome, she advised on using a “hardener” (which extra charge of course), which I did agree as I assumed was an overlay. However, when she was applying the “hardener”, she failed to coat my nails evenly and after curing, my nails looked like it had dents in it when seen from the side. There was ZERO form in my nails. I pointed it out to her which she had to file down all my nails again and attempted to redo it. Even after the second attempt, my nails came out WORSE. The gel was WAY TOO THICK in ALL THE WRONG PLACES. To add on to that, the dust from all the filing are embedded in my nail which can be SEEN. There are even air bubbles in it. 3 whole hours and $95 for this piece of junk is unacceptable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place AT ALL. Worst nail experience ever.”
